Adjusted interest payouts for some legacy Carpathia savings products  

Our product alignment on February 1, 2024 brought the Carpathia product portfolio under the Access offer.

Under Carpathia’s offer, the following savings product types were programmed to pay interest semi-annually:

• Campus Savings
• Fat Cat Savings
• Gold Savings
• Moving Up Savings
• Regular Savings

Following the alignment earlier this year, these products were moved to the Access CU Platinum Savings product, which pays interest on a month-end schedule.

A technical error in the banking system has continued to pay interest on these products on a semi-annual schedule. To correct this, members will see the past four months’ worth of interest paid out at June 2024 month-end. Beginning July 1 and onwards, this product will continue to pay interest at the end of each month, as initially intended.

Members will not miss any due interest as accounts will be made whole by June 30, 2024.
