Changes coming to our 1012 Manitoba Ave, Selkirk Branch

On December 11, 2024, Access Credit Union will be closing the 1-1012 Manitoba Ave., Selkirk branch. All memberships from 1012 MB Ave will be moved to the nearby 233 Main Street, Selkirk location. This closure will also impact the ATM outside the branch. Members are also able to select any of our other branch locations that may be more convenient. This closure will also impact the ATM outside the branch. The 1012 Manitoba Avenue branch operates under limited hours, whereas 233 Main Street operates with regular hours and has seen increased member usage, therefore the decision was made to consolidate the two Selkirk branches.

Our top priority at Access Credit Union is to provide the most convenient services that fulfill your banking needs, and we are committed to making this change as easy as possible for you. All members of the Manitoba Avenue branch can continue to conduct their business at any of our other branches located throughout Manitoba, with no changes to their membership number or account numbers. We also offer convenient banking services such as online and mobile banking, ATM service at any credit union ATM in Manitoba (with no additional charge), or telephone banking.

Our Member Solutions Centre (MSC) is also available for support at 1.800.264.2926 or through our website’s online chat feature at accesscu.ca. Members can complete most day-to-day transactions with our MSC staff including bill payments.

Members holding a safe deposit box at the 1012 MB Ave. will be contacted to remove the contents and transfer to another Access Credit Union branch before November 1, 2024.

Manitoba Avenue staff will not be affected by the closure as they will be offered other positions within Access Credit Union.
