MyCardInfo to be Retired August 19, 2024

Collabria has communicated that the current MyCardInfo platform used to manage your credit card will be retired effective August 19, 2024 in favour of using the new platform, CardWise.

After August 19, 2024, MyCardInfo will not be available and you will no longer have access to your historical statements.

If you use an Access Mastercard® please take these three steps:

1. Register for the new CardWise application.
2. Update your contact details if they have changed since opening your credit card by calling 1.855.341.4643.
3. Save or print your historical statements on MyCardInfo as they will not come over to the CardWise platform.

Note: This does not affect business cardholders.
