July 2024 Statements Delayed *UPDATED*

e-Statements now available. Printed statements to come.

Effective Monday, August 12 at 11:00AM, e-Statements have been made available in online and mobile banking. Printed statements will be mailed as soon as possible, for receipt within the next seven days. We apologize for the inconvenience of this delay.

Due to a processing issue with our statement provider, production of July 2024 statements has been delayed for all Access members.
At present, we do not have a timeline for when your July e-Statement will be available in online banking nor when printed and mailed statements will be received. 

While the delay is under investigation, members have the following options to review their monthly transactions:

  1. Use online banking to review your transactions for July. You can specify a date range and even filter by transaction type.
  2. Visit any branch and request a printed copy of your transactions and cheque images.

We apologize for the delay and are working with our partner to minimize any further disruption. We will post an update as soon as possible.
