You can view your eStatement anytime through Online Banking. If you haven't yet signed up for Online Banking, contact us today!

Update your Access Mastercard bill payee by August 2

Effective August 2, 2024, the Sunova Mastercard payee option will be removed from online banking. Only members who have used the bill payee Sunova Mastercard need to take the following action:

1. Open the mobile app or desktop online banking
2. Navigate to Transfers & Payments > Manage Payees > Add Payees
3. [search] Collabria Mastercard
4. [enter] Payee Account Number (which is your 16 digit credit card number)


If you pay your Access Mastercard bill at another financial institution using the Sunova Mastercard bill payee, we encourage you to update your details accordingly as soon as possible.

Any automated payments set to Sunova Mastercard will be reversed. In order to avoid disruption we encourage you to switch as soon as possible.
